What it is
US law makes these people report their own trades. The reports are public but scattered across government sites, in formats that are slow to read. InsideEdge reads them as they are published, puts them side by side and marks the ones worth a closer look.
It is a research tool. It saves you the reading; what you do next is up to you.
What it isn’t
Not investment advice, and not a broker. Nothing here says to buy, sell or hold anything. We don’t publish return figures or promise results.
See the disclaimer.
Data principles
- Public sources only, read directly from the government sites where we can.
- Trades link back to the original filing.
- When a filing points to the wrong stock or one that can’t be traded, we leave it out.
- Free and Pro get new filings at the same time.
How each source is read is on the methodology page.
Who runs it
InsideEdge is independent. It is run by a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
