Replay, not a true backtest
- Window: 2025-06-12 → 2026-06-12. The engine walks every Form 4 purchase in this window and re-applies the current screening rules as if each day were today.
- Entry: close of the day a ticker first crosses score ≥ 25.
- Exit: whichever fires first — an 8–12% stop loss, or a tier-specific max hold of 60, 90, or 120 trading days. Tiers (A / B / C) are set per signal from cluster-buying density and market cap; the engine then walks the daily bars and exits when a rule trips.
- Replay, not out-of-sample: the rules and thresholds were chosen knowing this period. A cleaner test will accumulate forward from launch — the live forward record begins now.
- No paid data: EDGAR for filings, FINRA for short interest, yfinance for prices. Same inputs Pro users see in real time.
- 1115 closed trades · 11 still open · 46 skipped (missing entry or exit price, typically delistings).
